Recovery day!!!!!

10.41 pm and this is what my bed looks like - where will I sleep tonight??!!
A quiet day spent catching our breath after living on adrenaline and fibre (hehe) alone for the last 5 days. I was still in my nightie at 2pm this afternoon, however that was 8am NZ time so I hope I am forgiven!!!

Walking about in Paducah

Whilst out shopping in the beautiful town of Paducah, we walked the length of the mural wall which edges the river. It protects the town from serious flooding (hopefully only 1 in 100 year ones). Each section of the wall was painted with a relevant picture...very beautiful and interesting.

Hitting Paducah!!

wowowowowowowow - Hancocks - biggest quilt shop I have ever seen!!!
I was lost for words, didn't know where to start!!

Just about to get some practise in!!
There are cute little trolleys to fill with bolts of fabric :-)
