Day 316 of 365

It was a bit of a dull and chilly day today but the sun came out just when I was looking for a photo op.!
I adore the colour of this rose; it just flowers once a year though but is well worth waiting for :-)

A gorgeous flower and a gorgeous picture...I love the moss on the tree... I have something similar, but it flowers all summer...a moss rose.

Amazing colour! The plant with the green shiny leaves looks interesting too - or is that the leaves of the roses where you are?

365 days and more

I like to take photos
I like to blog
Some say I talk too much--
So here is my 365 day blog;

With my camera on hand (and the batteries charged) I have twice taken up the challenge of keeping a photo journal - a photo a day for the year during 2012 and 2014, and spasmodic photos at other times. It's been great fun!

I had a another try in 2017 but didn't last the distance. In 2020 I posted another year of photos.

Here in 2024 I'm trying again because I love having a daily record of our lives. This time I'm using my phone and I've altered the rules...while the photos will be taken each day I will post them when I get up the next morning.
