      Hi! The binder book "Gluten Free" is bt Lola Workman, printed by Hinkler Books, Australia (2010). It looks like it is part of a series of books but I'm not sure if the others are GF or not. It was actually one I picked up recently in the States (on sale)- not sure of local availablility!
