| We went out the very back of the farm to see the Kowhai in flower. The yellow trees. The round thing in the picture is for putting large bales of hay into for feeding. |

| We were a bit late this year so the flowers were past their best but there were still plenty of Tui feeding. Leanne *here* got an awsome video of the Tui at her place. The sun was too bright - and the trees too tall - for good photos! |

It is great seeing all the kowhai in flower - they vary quite a lot in the amount of flowers they have. Nice shot of the tui feeding.
