I have a new toy this season; the mixer on the end of a cordless drill is great for mixing up calf milk powder!!
(My husband thought this was a boring photo to show but it really is a great tool!!)

Still being kept busy by plenty of these. "46" identified and tagged within minutes of being born.
This is my 80th 'keeper calf' - numbers are down this year as we have had too many dairy bull calves which we don't rear.
This was our last dairy calf to be born - the remaining 35 cows left to calve will have beef-cross calves.
