Day 42 of 365

More harvesting
I always come back from my parents' with so much fruit!
(Although the Tamarillos and Mandarin were grown by me)
Cut fruit so you can see what they look like inside.
Large green skinned with white flesh - Feijoa (Cut, scoop and eat)
Small orange skin with edible pips and red skin with red pips (all pips edible) - Tamarillo (2 varieties)(Cut,scoop and eat)
Orange fruit at back of plate - Persimmon (Peel and eat).
See you tomorrow,

  1. Yum, Yum!! I love fresh fruit and vegies!

  2. Wow!! So exotic! Never seen anything like it - maybe one day.

  3. or SLICE the tamarillo's, sprinkle with sugar and sandwich between 2 crusty slices of fresh bread......yummmmm....I remember tamarillo sandwiches in my lunchbox! Total rarity in Tasmania though Raewyn :(

Thanks for stopping by to see what I've been up to today.
