Day 144 of 365

New Toys

Raewyn moves one step further into the technological world - I got myself an iPod today.
All these functions!! I just want it for the music really.
Good timing - Youngest daughter is home at the moment so she can help me learn how to use it.

have you got a dock to stick that into, or will you use earphones to listen to your music? You can try videoing yourself one handed quilting, like someone I know!!!

Good luck Raewyn :-) Our 14 year old is the IT Manager in our house! A dock is good instead of earphones, and re ear phones the Apple brand is the best!

365 days and more

I like to take photos
I like to blog
Some say I talk too much--
So here is my 365 day blog;

With my camera on hand (and the batteries charged) I have twice taken up the challenge of keeping a photo journal - a photo a day for the year during 2012 and 2014, and spasmodic photos at other times. It's been great fun!

I had a another try in 2017 but didn't last the distance. In 2020 I posted another year of photos.

Here in 2024 I'm trying again because I love having a daily record of our lives. This time I'm using my phone and I've altered the rules...while the photos will be taken each day I will post them when I get up the next morning.
