A deserted beach this morning; obvioiusly I didn't get the memo to stay away....it was very bracing but a good walk. Sadly the Coffee Caravan didn't set up because of the wind!

The main reason for our getaway?

To attend the National Agricultural Fieldays at Mystery Creek.

A pretty big affair with over 1200 exhibitors and farmers of all ages and stages attending.

The MOML and I are away for a few days - it was a fun surprise to see lots of yarn bombing in Cambridge :-)

It was up and down the main street advertising a upcoming Fibre Festival.

We walked around the base of the Mount (Maunganui), talked, lunched and talked some more!
