Picking the kids up after their school disco, I hoped I would get a photo.

I did, but not one of energetic children dancing but of Miss Lily showing me her cheerleading skills

Just 16 to go.....here they are waiting for me to open the gates and give them some milk!!

In order to keep the grass quality under control, at this time of the year, we usually 'top' each paddock after the cows have grazed it, cutting off all the seedheads.
As both tractors and both men were free, they shared the job on this paddock, making quick work of it.

The two big bulls resting it up.

They've been on holiday since January!

Little so they know that our Artificial Mating (with a technician) is coming to an end and in less than 24 hours they'll be with the cows, finishing up mating for us.
